Meet The Team

Batarhe is a project management leader with extensive experience across mining, energy, sustainability and major project delivery. He spent over a decade with Chevron, building deep experience in complex projects, operations and stakeholder leadership. His career in Australia has included significant work across the sustainability sector in Perth, Sydney and Queensland. He currently works with Rio Tinto and holds a Master’s in Sustainable Energy from the University of Queensland.

As Founder and Executive Director of the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, he leads OSF’s mission to expand access to quality STEM education for young Nigerians.

 

His work is driven by a belief that education, opportunity and strong support systems can transform individual lives, families and communities.

Bisi is a technology and operations leader with a strong commitment to education, mentorship and social impact. She brings extensive experience in product management, digital transformation, programme delivery and organisational leadership.
 

As Co-Founder and Director of the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, she helps shape the Foundation’s strategy, operations and programmes.
She leads initiatives that expand access to education, mentorship and professional development for young people. Bisi also directs Her Next Step, OSF’s flagship mentorship programme for young women.

Her work focuses on building practical systems that turn ideas and resources into meaningful outcomes for students and their families.
She is passionate about enabling young women to become their  best selves with a clear voice, curiosity and collaboration.

Ogechi is a legal and commercial contracts professional with experience spanning the energy, infrastructure and creative sectors. She currently works with National Grid in the United Kingdom and holds an LLM in Energy Law and Policy with Distinction from the University of Dundee, where she was awarded the CEPMLP Director’s Prize in recognition of her leadership and contribution to the community.

As Head of Legal at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Oge provides strategic legal guidance across OSF and its initiatives, supporting the Foundation in strengthening its contracts, policies, governance, compliance and organisational risk practices.

Roseline is an experienced administrator, mentor and people-focused professional with a longstanding commitment to supporting and encouraging others. She holds an MBA from Rivers State University of Science and Technology and brings to her work a reputation for warmth, diligence, integrity and dependability.

As Head of Pastoral Care at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Roseline provides a trusted and compassionate point of support for OSF scholars and mentees, particularly as they navigate personal challenges, periods of uncertainty and important transitions. She also supports the Foundation in strengthening its pastoral-care framework, helping us create an environment where every young person feels truly supported.

Elizabeth is a Biomedical Technology first-class graduate with a growing career at the intersection of healthcare, operations and social impact. She currently interning within the reputable 44 Nigeria Army Military Hospital in Kaduna, Nigeria (44NARHK), gaining practical experience in a structured and demanding healthcare environment.

As Operations Lead at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Elizabeth coordinates key processes across OSF’s programmes, scholars, volunteers and internal teams. She plays an important role in translating the Foundation’s plans into well-organised, practical delivery across its initiatives.
As a past scholar of the foundation, her work as a volunteer reflects a loyalty, commitment to service and creating better outcomes for the young people and communities OSF serves.​​

Efeosa is a communications and brand professional with experience across strategy, client management, creative communications and storytelling. Her background includes work within the marketing and advertising sector, where she has supported brands in shaping meaningful and engaging communications. She also brings a strong creative voice, with longstanding interests in writing, storytelling and connecting ideas with people.

As Strategy & Communications Lead at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Efeosa helps shape how OSF communicates its mission, programmes and impact. She supports organisational strategy, brand positioning and engagement across the Foundation’s different initiatives.
Her work helps ensure that OSF’s partnerships continues to align with its mission, sustainability goals and remains purposeful.

Ayomide is a junior architect and project manager with a background in Architecture from the University of Benin. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and brings creativity, structure and strategic thinking to her work. Her experience spans residential, sporting, healthcare and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on functionality, sustainability and thoughtful design.
 

As Business Administrator at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Ayomide supports the coordination of OSF’s administrative processes, documentation and day-to-day operations. She also brings strong communication, storytelling and audience-engagement skills, alongside experience in public speaking and voice-over artistry.

Her work is driven by purpose, excellence and a commitment to helping the OSF teams and initiatives operate with clarity and efficiency.

Tamunokuro is a Materials Science student with a growing focus on Machine Learning, renewable energy and sustainable innovation. Her interest in sustainability is driven by a desire to address real-world challenges in Nigeria through better materials, infrastructure and technology. She is particularly interested in the intersection of materials science and data, including how predictive modelling can accelerate materials discovery and improve performance.

As METS Program Coordinator, Tammy supports the coordination and delivery of OSF’s global collaboration hub in emerging technology and science initiatives. She helps connect young innovators with industry, ideas and opportunities across research, innovation and industry engagement.

Her work reflects a strong commitment to curiosity, collaboration and using science and technology to build more sustainable solutions for the future.​

Timothy is an entrepreneur and digital media professional with experience in publishing, visual communication and creative brand development. He works with authors, coaches and consultants to transform manuscripts into polished, publication-ready books that strengthen credibility and professional presence. His expertise spans book positioning, cover design, interior layout, formatting and publishing support across platforms including Amazon KDP and IngramSpark.

As Digital Media Manager at the Ojah Scholarship Foundation, Timothy supports OSF’s digital storytelling, visual communications and online presence. He helps translate the Foundation’s programmes, people and impact into clear and engaging digital content across its platforms.

His work combines creativity, entrepreneurship and a strong understanding of how thoughtful presentation can shape public trust, organisational visibility and connection.
