PROGRAM OUTLINE
Mentorship & Professional Exposure
September - November
During this first phase, our mentees are immersed in a rigorous mentorship experience with industry professionals across various fields. Every second weekend, they participate in a scheduled one-hour training session where they connect directly with mentors, ask questions, and gain practical insight into different career paths and key leadership skills.

As part of this phase, mentees also begin developing their personal action plans using the SMART method — setting goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This gives them a clear structure for identifying what they want to achieve, tracking their progress, and staying accountable throughout the program.

Beyond the sessions, mentees are encouraged to build meaningful professional connections, introduce themselves with confidence, and learn how to put themselves forward through powerful personal narratives. This phase is designed to stretch and expose them to new possibilities,.
Every girl deserves a guiding hand as she steps into adulthood. Her Next Step connects bright ambitious girls aged 18-25 with accomplished female mentors who are committed to nurturing the next generation of female leaders.

Through in-depth group leadership sessions, one-on-one mentoring, career guidance, and life skills training, our
'Big Sisters' empower our mentees to dream boldly, set clear goals, and develop the confidence to pursue them.

Whether it's navigating their university education, breaking into STEM careers, or cultivating personal growth, this program offers a safe space for learning, bonding, encouragement and real-world advice.
